Who are we?
Park House Open Award Centre is HQ for all D of E in North Warwickshire. Whether you participate via a school or club, or with us directly, this is the place to find out anything you need to know about the Award.
We run an Expedition Package every run for Golds; normally one for Silvers and sometimes one for Bronze as well. In addition to the Expedition, we can assist you at all stages of the other sections:
The Award is divided into 4 sections (5 for Gold).
Volunterring: Giving up your time to help others.
Skills: A full list of suggested syllabus is available on the National Award Website or at the Open Award Centre.
Physical: Suggestions and advice are available from the Open Award Centre.
Expedition: Training and assessment available at all levels of the Award through the Open Award Centre.
Residential [Golds only]
The Open Award Centre is available on a drop in basis to support everyone participating in the Award at all levels.
